As a former Division 1 Track and Field athlete in the Pac 12, I know the importance of patience and determination in achieving fitness and health goals. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona with a degree in human physiology and received the Most Inspirational Athlete Award. I also hold a Master’s in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Biomechanics from the University of Northern Colorado.
