Amanda is a genuine person with the ability to push you to the point that you believe in her, and then you  start to believe in YOU. She has a great gauge for when you are ready to go BEAST or if you need to throttle back. Chances are she’ll get everything out of you that she can… From California to Colorado she helped me get past the hurdle of implementing a smart nutrition program. 


Amanda has an incredible resume of training and workout designs. In two years of being involved in her programs, I never remember doing the same workout twice and while you are there to work she is there to map out your path to success. You will be challenged, exhausted and thankful that she has your path mapped and your results in mind at each and every step.


A few minutes around Amanda and you know she’s been there and done it. A college athlete herself and a Master’s Degree in her arsenal – you are getting the best of the best. A lot of trainers get certifications (some over a single weekend) but not many can bring a scientific approach to your fitness mission.

I used to hate the gym. When you are overweight and self-conscious, it’s not exactly your favorite place to be. Then I joined a small gym and met Amanda Allen. I never felt as though she was judging me or looking down on me as I had felt and previous gyms. Amanda was supportive, understanding and most of all very knowledgeable. She took the time to get to know me, my goals, what worked for me and what didn’t work for me. I could not get enough of her workouts. Although they were tough, Amanda was very encouraging and motivating that it never seemed hard. Her classes were always fun and before I knew I was down 30 pounds. Amanda genuinely cares for her clients and wants to help them be successful.

When I first started working with Amanda, over five years ago, I needed to lose over 50 pounds. It seemed like a daunting goal but with her knowledge encouragement I was able to lose the weight and keep it off all while having a busy schedule.
